Blue-series hoses

The Blue-Series hoses are specifically designed to provide the perfect combination of flexibility, tear and wear resistance, and airflow for cyclone filter systems. The hoses are crushproof and more flexible than the standard 32mm and 38mm hoses available on the market. Moreover, the Blue-Series hoses have tear and wear resistance that is more than 40% higher than the industry standard. The Blue-Series hoses are also crushproof, which means they return to their original shape when stepped on or bent.

There are three versions of the Blue-Series hoses: the Blue-Flex 32mm hose, the Blue-Industrial 40mm hose, and the Blue-Coniflex conical hose.

Blue-Coniflex hose

The Blue-Coniflex hose is the conical hose of the Blue series. Two-thirds of the hose length has an inner diameter of 40mm and the remaining one-third has an inner diameter of 32mm. The Blue-Coniflex hose combines the best of both worlds: the low weight and flexibility of a 32mm hose, along with the high airflow of a 40mm hose. The Blue-Coniflex hose is therefore suitable for both handheld machines and small stationary machines. The conical shape of the hose also provides unmatched suction power per cm². For 95% of all users, conical hoses are the best choice.

With its 5-meter length, the Blue-Coniflex hose has a large range. As a result, in most cases, the filter system does not need to be moved constantly.

The Blue-Coniflex hose has the Pro-X nozzle. The Pro-X nozzle has several advantages over the standard nozzle:

• The Pro-X nozzle can rotate smoothly, allowing the hose to move neatly with the movement of the machine. A great advantage when working with, for example, a sander or router.
• The Pro-X nozzle has a variable air inlet, allowing the suction power to be precisely adjusted. This makes it easy to prevent a sander, for example, from suctioning itself to the surface being sanded. This allows for sanding with less resistance while still removing all the dust.
• The Pro-X nozzle is made of rubber, making it easier to secure in or on a dust port.

If the Pro-X nozzle does not fit the dust port of your machine, there are various hose adapters available.

The Blue-Coniflex hose can be connected to:

• Cyclone filter model 2;
• Cyclone filter model 3;
• Cyclone filter model 4 (transparent);
• Cyclone filter model L (requires a 75mm>50mm reducer);
• Cyclone filter model M metal;
• Cyclone filter model L metal (requires a 75mm>50mm rubber reducer);
• Cyclone filter model M stainless steel;
• Cyclone filter model L stainless steel (requires a 75mm>50mm rubber reducer);
• 75mm>50mm reducer;
• 75mm>50mm rubber reducer;
• 90° elbow connector;
• T-piece 50mm;
• Y-piece.

The Pro-X nozzle of this hose is also compatible with:

• Round suction brush (requires a 35mm>31mm hose adapter);
• Wide suction brush (requires a 35mm>31mm hose adapter);
• 35mm>24mm hose adapter;
• 35mm>31mm hose adapter;
• Bosch/Festool hose adapter;
• Universal 5-step hose adapter;
• Value pack: 3 x universal 5-step hose adapter.

The Blue-Flex 32mm hose’s connector fits all openings with an inner diameter of 50mm to 51.5mm. If you need to connect the hose to an opening with a smaller inner diameter than 50mm, we may have a suitable connector. Contact us via our contact page for further information.

Multi-hose cyclone filter system:

• The Blue-Coniflex 40mm hose fits on various cyclone filters, but also on the T-pipe and Y-pipe, allowing a suction system to be created with multiple hoses. Handy when a machine has multiple dust ports (various DeWalt saw tables among other brands).
