Description
Because the hose nozzle of most vacuum cleaners is smaller than the top opening of the cyclone filter (50mm inner diameter), the top inlet needs to be reduced in order to secure the smaller nozzle in the opening. Rubber reducer L reduces the inner diameter of the top inet of the cyclone filter. This makes it possible to firmly secure nozzles with outer diameters between 35mm and 40mm.
The rubber reducer is made of conductive material (conductivity: <105Ω), allowing the reduction of static electricity.
Fits onto:
- Cyclone filter model 2;
- Cyclone filter model 3;
- Metal cyclone filter model M;
- 90° corner attachment;
- T-pipe;
- Y-pipe;
- Reducer 75mm>50mm;
- Reducer 75mm>50mm rubber.
Properties:
- Material: rubber;
- Colour: black;
- Conductivity: <105Ω;
- Outer diameter: 51,5mm conical;
- Inner diameter range: 40mm-46mm.
Details:
- The rubber reducer is made of conductive material (conductivity: <105Ω), allowing the reduction of static electricity.
- If static electricity needs to be reduced, the rubber reducer can be used with a metal filter. In that combination, a small amount of black coating from the upper entrance of the metal filter need to be removed to create a conductive connection with the rubber reducer.
- Measure the entire system before putting it into operation to ensure that all components have a conductive connection with each other and with the grounding of the workspace.
