The metal cyclone filter system works as a pre-separator, capturing up to 99.99% of the dust, preventing it from entering the vacuum cleaner. Metal cyclone filters are ideal for vacuuming materials that have an abrasive effect, such as sharp stone dust or glass dust. Plastic filters wear down easily during such tasks.

- Less frequent replacement of expensive vacuum cleaner bags, as almost all dust ends up in the collection container;
- Continuous maximum suction power, as the vacuum cleaner bag hardly fills up;

The complete M-32M set consists of the latest version of the metal cyclone filter model M metall, the 32-liter metal dustbin, and a 2.5 meter hose. Our latest metal cyclone filter model M has been further developed, improving it in three key aspects:
- The filtration efficiency has been increased from a maximum of 99% to a maximum of 99.99%, reducing the need to replace the vacuum cleaner bag even less frequently.
- The airflow has been increased by almost 60%, from 220m³/h to 350m³/h, making the new metal filter suitable for even more (construction) vacuum cleaners.
- The new filter is made from more than 50% thicker metal (1.9mm), ensuring greater durability even when handling the most abrasive debris.
The metal filter is particularly suitable for tasks where the material being vacuumed could cause wear and tear. This includes vacuuming stone, glass, and metal debris. The metal cyclone filter model M can also be used for filtering normal dust, such as wood chips, plastic pellets, granulate, and similar materials. Additionally, the metal filter can be easily grounded to reduce static electricity.
The dustbin features a clamping lid that is airtight due to a rubber seal in the lid. It also has a stamped reinforcing ring to prevent it from collapsing under high vacuum pressure—something that often happens with weaker (metal) bins and plastic buckets. Additionally, the collection bin has two handles, making it easy to move the filtration system, even when the bin is full.
The filter package includes the standard 32mm suction hose with a length of 2.5 meters. Prefer a different hose? You can choose from various hose types in the package options above. Does the 35mm nozzle of the supplied hose not fit on the dust ports of your machines? Then there are different types of hose adapters that can be ordered seperately.
