With heat resistance of up to 80°C, it is particularly suitable for floor milling applications where significant heat can be generated.

General

The Industrial-Heat 51 mm hose is an industrial hose designed for heavy-duty applications. It can withstand high temperatures of up to 80°C, making it particularly suitable for milling operations where significant heat can be generated.

With an internal diameter of 51 mm, it can convey considerably more air than 40mm hoses. Unlike many other hoses on the market, which are made from EVA, our Industrial-Heat hoses are manufactured from more wear-resistant PVC. In addition, our Industrial-Heat hoses have a thicker wall thickness of 1.1 mm. This combination of a stronger material and a thicker wall makes the hoses more resistant to abrasion caused by dust, chips, shavings and other abrasive materials.

This hose is available in various lengths of up to 20 metres.

All cyclone filters, filter combinations, and filter sets state the amount and version of the connectors that are included. You can easily check whether enough connectors are supplied or whether one or more extra connectors are required for your specific situation.

Details:

  • The hose comes with one nozzle. The other end of the hose is ‘bare’. If you need to connect the hose to a 50mm inner diameter inlet, you can select the connector with hose clamp above.
  • Sometimes an extra connector with hose clamp is not necessary. For example, with cyclone filter model 3 and filter systems with cyclone filter model 3, two connectors with hose clamps are included.
  • All hoses are cut to size by ourselves. Because custom work is manual labor, the actual length of the suction hose may be slightly different. A margin of 3% is applied: a suction hose of 1 meter can therefore be 3 centimeters longer or shorter.
  • If the hose does not slide easily over the connector, use a small amount of soap on the connector.
