General

The Industrial 51 mm hose is suitable for applications that generate large amounts of dust or, for example, when filtering large chips. Thanks to its 51 mm internal diameter, it can carry considerably more air than 40 mm hoses.

The Industrial 51 mm hose is made from wear-resistant PVC. Combined with its 1.1 mm wall thickness, this makes the hose more resistant to the abrasive effects of dust, shavings and chips, as well as other abrasive materials such as stone debris. The Industrial 51 mm hose is therefore also suitable for applications involving the filtering of stone debris.

Important:

Filtering certain types of stone can generate heat. For these applications, the Heat-Industrial 51 mm hose is the best choice. This hose can withstand higher temperatures of up to 80°C, allowing it to retain its excellent properties even under extreme conditions.

All cyclone filters, filter combinations, and filter sets state the amount and version of the connectors that are included. You can easily check whether enough connectors are supplied or whether one or more extra connectors are required for your specific situation.

Details:

  • The Industrial 51mm hose comes with one nozzle. The other end of the hose is ‘bare’. If you need to connect the hose to a 50mm inner diameter inlet, you can select the connector with hose clamp above.
  • Sometimes an extra connector with hose clamp is not necessary. For example, with cyclone filter model 3 and filter systems with cyclone filter model 3, two connectors with hose clamps are included.
  • All hoses are cut to size by ourselves. Because custom work is manual labor, the actual length of the suction hose may be slightly different. A margin of 3% is applied: a suction hose of 1 meter can therefore be 3 centimeters longer or shorter.
  • If the hose does not slide easily over the connector, use a small amount of soap on the connector.
