This filter system is a dust separator and ideal for sucking up dust, wood chips, grit etc. in the (home) workshop or, for example, at home during a renovation. The system works as a pre-separator, filtering up to 99,99% of the dust which therefore does not end up in the vacuum cleaner.
Result:
- Replace far fewer vacuum cleaner bags because almost all the dust ends up in the dustbin;
- Continuous maximum suction power because the vacuum cleaner bag hardly fills up;
- Work longer with the use of a larger dustbin in comparison with a vacuum cleaner bag;
- Longer lifespan of the vacuum cleaner due to less wear and tear on the engine.
Almost all vacuum cleaners can be connected to the filter system: standard household vacuum cleaners, (professional) construction cleaners and extraction systems.

The Filter Combination L-60M Metal consists of the metal cyclone filter model L and the 60 liter metal dustbin. We have further developed the new metal model L filter, resulting in an increased filter efficiency from 99% to a maximum of 99,99%.
The metal filter system is particularly suitable for tasks where the material to be vacuumed could cause wear. This is possible, among other things, when vacuuming stone, glass, and metal debris. Additionally, both the filter and the dustbin are made of metal, allowing the filter system to be grounded, reducing the buildup of static electricity.
The filter is airtight connected to the dustbin using a rubber sealing gasket. Filter systems without a rubber gasket carry the risk of air being sucked in through the gaps, leading to a loss of suction power and a decrease in filter performance. For all our filter systems, we provide an NBR rubber sealing gasket. Sealing gasket made of foam or cork deteriorate over time.
The dustbin has a clamp lid and is airtight due to a rubber seal in the lid. The dustbin also features two stamped, reinforcing rings, preventing it from collapsing under high negative pressure. This is a common occurrence with flimsy (metal) drums and plastic buckets.

Details:
