Delivery Netherlands
Orders placed on business days before 18.00h will generally be delivered to your home within 48 hours. After 18.00h on business days all orders of that day are made ready for shipment the next day. If you order in the weekend your order will be shipped on Monday and will be delivered to you the next business day. An order for which some products are not in stock will be sent when all the items of the order are back in stock. Do you have an urgent order? In the Netherlands we send our parcels via PostNL and DHL. The shipping costs are €5.95 including Dutch VAT. Why we charge VAT for shipping can be found on the website of the Dutch IRS.
Delivery Europe
Deliveries to other countries in Europe will be carried out by PostNL. The shipping cost depends on the country where the parcel is being shipped. If the order is big and it needs to be devided over sevaral shipments then an surcharge will be added. The shipping costs are shown below and are also displayed when you fill in your shipping details on the order page. Delivery times within Europe depend on the country to which the parcel is shipped. For example, the delivery time to Belgium is in most cases 48 hours of an order made on business days before 18.00h. The different shipping times are also shown below.
VAT Business orders outside The Netherlands
If your company is located outside the Netherlands and you have a European VAT number, you can place you order without VAT (intra-community supply). Enter your business VAT number on the checkout page to validate it for your order.
