Delivery The Netherlands

Orders are typically delivered to your home within one to two business days. An order containing one or more products on backorder will be shipped once all the products from the order are back in stock. In this case, you will receive status updates about your order, so you can see when your order is ready for shipment.

Orders send to home addresses are delivered on weekdays and on Saturdays. Orders send to business addresses are only delivered on weekdays.

Delivery Europe

An order containing one or more products on backorder will be shipped once all the products from the order are back in stock. In this case, you will receive status updates about your order, so you can see when your order is ready for shipment. Is your country not listed below? We can ship anyway. Delivery Worldwide

We can ship your order to any country. An order containing one or more products on backorder will be shipped once all the products from the order are back in stock. Pick-up

It is not possible to pick up your order.

Shipping

Within the Netherlands, we use DPD, DHL, and PostNL for package deliveries.

- DPD

Most packages are shipped via DPD. After preparing your order for shipment, you will receive an email from DPD containing shipping information. If you provide your phone number during the checkout process, you can use the DPD tracking number and your phone number to modify the delivery time and/or delivery address if necessary. If you are not home at the specified time, DPD will attempt to deliver the package on the following business day. If delivery is unsuccessful, DPD will take the package to the nearest DPD pickup point.

- DHL

If your package is being sent via DHL, you will receive an email from DHL with shipping information. If you’re not at home to receive the package at the specified time, the DHL email will include a link allowing you to provide the delivery person with customized delivery instructions. They will then deliver or place the package at a location designated by you.

Important: If the DHL delivery person misses you and you haven’t provided customized delivery instructions, the package will be automatically returned to us. Due to the often large dimensions of the boxes, your order usually cannot be taken to a DHL service point for pickup. If you wish to have the order resent to you, new shipping costs will apply.

- PostNL

If your package is being sent via PostNL, you will receive an email from them containing shipping information. If the delivery person misses you, your package will be taken to a PostNL pickup point for you to collect. PostNL no longer leaves a ‘not at home’ card in the mailbox. Therefore, it’s recommended to easily track the status of your package through the PostNL app.

VAT Business orders outside The Netherlands

If your business is located outside of the Netherlands and you have a European VAT number, you can place orders based on the 0% VAT rate (intracommunity supply). When you enter your details on the checkout page, the VAT number will be automatically verified, and if confirmed, the VAT will not be included in the total. Please double-check before finalizing your order to ensure that the VAT has indeed been omitted. If VAT is still being calculated, please contact us so that we can manually create the order for you without VAT.

Stock

We have all the products in our own inventory, which allows us to deliver your order to you within two business days (in The Netherlands). If a product is not in stock, the expected restocking date will be indicated for that specific product. Would you like to be notified when a product you’re interested in becomes available again? You can easily do so by filling out the form provided on the page of the sold-out product.
