We care about our products and do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order gets damaged during transport, or that something else happens so that you want to claim warranty. All our products have the statutory warranty period of 2 years. Products that are subject to wear and tear are excluded from this. If your purchase gets broken, make sure that you report this to us within the statutory period of two months after the defect has been established. If the defect falls within the warranty period and within the warranty conditions, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.


It is always possible that something does not go entirely as planned. First submit your complaint to us by contacting us via our contact page. We will do our best to find a suitable solution. If this does not lead to a satisfactory solution, you can report your dispute to Consuwijzer.nl. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the European Union to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you can also file your complaint via the European Union platform.
