The metal filter combination works as a pre-separator, capturing up to 99.99% of the dust, preventing it from entering the vacuum cleaner. Metal cyclone filters are ideal for filtering materials that have an abrasive effect, such as sharp stone dust or glass dust. Plastic filters wear down easily during such tasks.

Filter combination M-32M consists of the newest version of the cyclone filter model M metal and a 32 liter metal dustbin. The newest version of the metal filter is further developed, improving it on three aspects:
- The filter efficiency has been increased from a maximum of 99% to 99.99%, meaning the vacuum bag needs to be replaced even less frequently.
- The airflow has been increased by nearly 60%, from 220m³/h to 350m³/h, making the new metal filter suitable for even more (construction) vacuums.
- The new filter is made from more than 50% thicker metal (1.9mm), allowing it to last longer even with the most abrasive debris.
The system can be grounded to prevent the buildup of dangerous static electricity. The metal filter system is the ideal dust collector for filtering dust that has abrasive properties. For instance: glas dust, metal dust, and sharp stone dust.
The metal filter can filter dust up to 99,99%. The rubber gasket between the base of the filter and the lid of the dustbin ensures an airtight connection. Filter systems without such a rubber gasket run the risk of leaking air through small gaps between the base of the filter and the lid of the dustbin which would negatively impact the performance of the filter system.
The dustbin has a protective coating on the inside, making it more resistant to humid environments. Dustbins without a protective coating will rust quicker from the inside when stored in very humid places. The dustbin has a clamping lid and is airtight due to a rubber seal in the lid. Because the dustbin has two reinforcement rings, it cannot collapse under vacuum pressure. Something that often happens with weak metal barrels and plastic buckets.

Details:
- A small piece of black coating needs to be scrapped off where the bolt connects the filter to the dustbin. Only then will electricity flow from the metal filter to a grounding cable and/or metal dustbin.
