The cyclone filter model XXL stainless steel acts as a pre-separator, capturing up to 99.99% of the dust and preventing it from reaching the vacuum cleaner. Metal cyclone filters are ideal for vacuuming materials with abrasive properties, such as sharp stone debris or glass grit. Plastic filters wear out quickly when used for such tasks. Our stainless steel cyclone filter model XXL is also suitable for filtering dust that may cause rust.
The stainless steel cyclone filter model XXL, with its 125mm inlets, can handle up to 2400m3 of air per hour. This makes it suitable for large workshops that use a central extraction system.
Result:
- Replace far fewer vacuum cleaner bags because almost all the dust ends up in the dustbin;
- Continuous maximum suction power, as the vacuum cleaner bag hardly fills up;
- Longer working times due to the larger collection bin compared to vacuum cleaner bags;
- Longer life of the vacuum cleaner due to less wear and tear on the vacuum motor.
Since the cyclone filter model XXL stainless steel has large inlets (125mm), it is only suitable for central extraction systems. Check the Information tab → Selection Guide → Cyclone Filter to determine which filter is compatible with your vacuum/extraction system.

The new stainless steel cyclone filter model XXL is our biggest cyclone filter. The ideal cyclone filter for bigger workshops. The inner diameter of the inlets are 125mm, making them suitable for common large-sized central vacuum systems. The filter comes with a rubber gasket for an airtight connection to a dustbin. Filter systems without a rubber gasket carry the risk of air being sucked in through small gaps, causing loss of suction power and reduced filter performance. We supply a NBR rubber gasket with all our filters. Foam or cork sealing rings deteriorate over time.
Food-Grade stainless steel:
The cyclone filter model XXL stainless steel is made from high quality 304 stainless steel, making it suitable for use in the food industry.
