The Blue-Industrial Festool hose can be used as a replacement for the Festool D36 hose. Thanks to its larger inner diameter (40mm) compared to Festool’s inner diameter (36mm), the Blue-Industrial hose can transport significantly more air. This allows more dust to be extracted at the same time without the risk of clogging.

The Blue-Industrial hose is the largest hose in the Blue series of hoses. The hose has an inner diameter of 40mm along its entire length. This makes it ideal for use with small stationary machines such as a table saw, mitre saw and router table. Due to its larger inner diameter, the hose is slightly less flexible and lightweight than 32mm hoses. Nevertheless, the Blue-Industrial 40mm hose is also suitable for handheld power tools when maximum maneuverability is not essential.

The Blue-Industrial Festool hose has a tear resistance and wear resistance that are more than 40% higher than the industrial standard. As a result, Blue-Industrial hoses last longer than standard hoses. The Blue-Industrial Festool hose is also kink-resistant, allowing it to return to its original shape. In addition, the hose offers a large working range thanks to its 5-meter length. In most cases, this means the dust extractor does not need to be moved constantly.

The Blue-Industrial hose is equipped with the Industrial nozzle which, thanks to its 38mm inner diameter and tapered outer diameter from 44mm to 45.5mm, fits many different dust ports. If the nozzle does not fit the dust port of your machine, various hose adapters are available.
