The filter system works as a dust separator, capturing up to 99,99% of the dust, preventing it from entering the vacuum cleaner.

This filtration system is ideal for vacuuming dust, wood chips, (sharp) debris, and similar materials in the workshop or DIY shed, or for example indoors during renovation work. The system functions as a pre-separator, capturing up to 99.99% of the dust so that it does not end up in the vacuum cleaner itself. Almost all vacuum cleaners can be connected to the system: standard household vacuum cleaners and professional dust extractors. Filter combination metal M-30R consists of the newest version of the cyclone filter model M metal and the 30 liter stainless steel dustbin. The newest version of the metal filter is further developed, improving it on three aspects:

The filter efficiency has been improved from a maximum of 99% to 99.99%, further reducing how often the vacuum bag needs to be replaced.
The airflow has been increased by nearly 60%, from 220m³/h to 350m³/h, making the new metal filter suitable for even more (construction) vacuum systems.
The new filter is made from more than 50% thicker metal (1.9mm), allowing it to last longer even with the most abrasive debris.

The metal filter system is particularly suitable for tasks where the material being filtered could cause wear. This may occur, for example, when vacuuming stone, glass, or metal debris. The metal cyclone filter model M can of course also be used for filtering regular dust such as wood chips, plastic pellets, granulate, and similar materials.

The 30-liter dustbin is made of stainless steel, making it resistant to rust. With a diameter of 30cm, it takes up 33% less space than the previous model — an ideal solution when space is limited. The dustbin is equipped with two reinforcing rings to prevent it from collapsing under high negative pressure. In addition, it features lid clamps, allowing the container to be opened easily without disconnecting all hoses, as is the case with screw-on lids. The systems also comes with a movable dolly, allowing it to be easily moved around.

Because both the filter and the dustbin are made of metal, the complete system can be grounded. This helps reduce the buildup of static electricity.

Important:

To ground the metal filter system, a small amount of the black coating must be removed from the base of the filter and from the dustbin at the points where they are bolted together.
Before putting the system into operation, measure/test the entire system to ensure that all components have a conductive connection with each other and with the protective earth of the workspace.

Optional

Rubber reducer: the top inlet of the filter, to which the vacuum cleaner nozzle is connected, has an inner diameter of 50mm. Sometimes this is too large, because some (construction) vacuum cleaners have a hose whose nozzle has an outer diameter smaller than 50mm. A rubber reducer can then be used to reduce the size of the top inlet. Which rubber reducer you need depends on the outer diameter of the part of the nozzle that fits into the top inlet of the filter.
