The M4-30R filter combination is ideal for vacuuming dust, wood chips, debris, and similar materials in the workshop or DIY shed — or even at home during renovations. The system functions as a pre-separator, capturing up to 99.99% of the vacuumed dust, preventing it from reaching the vacuum cleaner itself. Almost all types of vacuum cleaners can be connected to the filter system, including standard household vacuum cleaners and professional dust extractors.

Filter combination M4-30R consists of cyclone filter model M4 and a 30 liter stainless steel dustbin. Filter model M4 is made of transparent HDPE, which makes the working of the filter clearly visible. It filters up to 99% of the dust whereas for example cyclone filter model 2 filters up to 95%. The rubber gasket between the base of the cyclone filter and the lid of the dustbin ensures an airtight connection. Filter systems without such a rubber gasket run the risk of leaking air through the cracks between the base of the filter and the lid of the dustbin.
The 30 liter dustbin is made of stainless steel, making the system resistant to rust. This is ideal if the system is used in a damp workshop or, for example, when working outdoors in the rain. It stands firmly on a movable dolly, making it easy to move the filter system around. With its width of 30 cm, it takes up 33% less space than its previous model — a great solution when space is limited. The dustbin features two reinforcement rings, preventing it from collapsing under heavy vacuum pressure. It also has lid clamps, allowing for quick and easy opening. This allows the dustbin to be emptied easily without having to disconnect all hoses, as is the case with twist-lock lids. The systems also comes with a heavy-duty removable dolly, allowing it to be easily moved around. The metal dustbin also makes it possible to ground the dustbin to lower the buildup of dangerous static electricity.

The M4 cyclone filter has a maximum airflow of 78 liters per second, making it nearly twice as powerful as similar cyclone filters on the market. Thanks to this high airflow capacity, it is even suitable for the most powerful professional single-motor dust extractors. Only multi-motor vacuums, such as those from Record Power, require a larger filter. For multi-motor dust extractors, our plastic model L and plastic model XL cyclone filters, as well as our metal model L and metal model XXL cyclone filters are suitable.
